Deliveries & Returns (Clothing)
UK & international delivery are available. Free Delivery on all UK orders over £125 and on international orders over £150. All UK deliveries are sent by Royal Mail Tracked Delivery (2-4 working days). Additional charges and delivery times apply to international deliveries and are calculated at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
International delivery charges are calculated at the checkout based on the delivery location and items in your bag.
Please allow 5-7 working days for international deliveries. Delivery may take longer during peak and promotional periods.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
All customs and duties are the responsibility of the buyer and +98 cannot be held accountable for any charges which are incurred
Please be aware we can't be held accountable if the orders are held within your country's processing centre/customs.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING EU ORDERS
All orders to the EU may incur import tax, VAT and handling fees from the shipping agent.
+98 is not held accountable for any customs charges which are incurred.
If you decline to pay the customs and the parcel is returned back t0 +98 and we are charged import taxes, this will be deducted from your refund.
Alongside this if the parcel is lost after you reject the import tax; we will be unable to provide a refund.
Online Returns
All products can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Returns after 14 days cannot be accepted.
For returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. Shipping must be insured; otherwise, the customer is liable for lost or damaged goods.
Products will only be accepted for return in their original condition: unwashed and free of stains such as makeup or other residue.
A refund is only possible once the product is returned.
